a new and more dynamic version of LTO Ultrium technology. Sony developed a new
high capacity LTX1500G, backup
storage tape format. Sony LTO-5 technology will attribute with huge data
storage rise of native 1.5 Terabyte and with compressed 3 Terabyte. The storage
media department of Sony Corporation Japan has signed licensing agreement of
LTO-5 tape format with LTO manufacturing group. LTO manufacturing group
